HI - Im just starting my food allergy journey - and it sucks. I only know for sure that I can not have soy ever again - and I do not even know where to start with that. My fear is that I will also have to be gluten free...I will know that in a couple of weeks. I dont know what to do. I also cant have - well, at this point, peanuts (big deal) - tomatoes - there are several others that I will be able to eventually work back in, but do you have any suggestions for me as far as going soy and gluten free? I feel like I am completely alone and have no support system...any info you can give me would be extremely helpful. My email is hilary_r2003@yahoo.comThank you!
