Char-Griller uses wood?

| Comment | No TrackBacks

According to people that posted on a thread at Barbecuebible.com, the Char-Griller with the side firebox (SFB) is designed to use 16" split logs for the main fuel source instead of charcoal. (This is only for indirect cooking, aka "smoking" or "barbecuing". Use charcoal if you are cooking directly in the SFB.) I need to find a good source of wood now!
